Recently at dinner, Jerome was discussing a business trip to Denver to train some colleagues. He then mentioned the need to train groups in their New York and London offices. I agreed that it sounded like a good idea, especially if it was coordinated with other schedules so we could go with. I said, "Katie, can you imagine us in London? That town will never be the same!" Katie took a thoughtful pause, then said, "Do they have hot tubs there? Yes, then that would be fun to go."
